Data controller
The data controller is La Terra dei Sapori, based in Pianezza (TO), Italy. For any request regarding personal data, or to receive the controller's full identification details, write to laterradeisapori@gmail.com.
Data collected through the contact form
The form in the "Order your Box" section collects a name, a contact (phone or email), the delivery town and an optional message. Submitting it opens the user's own mail application and the message is sent by email to laterradeisapori@gmail.com. No data is stored automatically on a server: it remains in the controller's mailbox.
Email is handled through a third-party service (Google Gmail), which acts as technical processor for the transmission and storage of messages.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to reply to requests for information or orders and to organise delivery. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, under Article 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and manage the business relationship with the customer, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Site statistics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page visits in aggregate and anonymous form. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and performs no user profiling.
Your rights
At any time you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, or object to it, by writing to laterradeisapori@gmail.com.
